CMS publishes a yes/no flag, continuing care retirement community, on the nursing home record. This list is that flag. It is the nursing-home component, not the independent living apartments and not a complete campus brochure. Campus registration is handled by the Department of Community Affairs. This site does not republish a separate DCA roster.
